1. General By placing an order with Frost Bake Shop ("we," "us," "our") at frostbakeshop.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products All products are made from scratch in small batches. Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Perishable Items & Shipping Baked goods are perishable. Shipped orders are carefully packaged but we cannot guarantee condition upon delivery if the recipient is unavailable to receive the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Refunds & Returns Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and refunds for perishable items.

6. Limitation of Liability Frost Bake Shop's liability is limited to the value of the original order.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
