Shipping policy

All orders ship via UPS 2-Day shipping. We ship Monday–Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Thursday will ship the following Monday.

Our products are frozen and packaged to maintain temperature during transit. Because we ship perishables, we do not ship on Fridays to avoid weekend delays in transit or delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped from our Memphis, TN facility. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your order page where you can track your shipment.
