All sales are final. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
Our products ship frozen via 2-day shipping and are packaged to maintain temperature during transit. Once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to bring the order inside promptly and store it appropriately. We are not responsible for thawing or quality issues resulting from delays in retrieval after delivery.
