Online Orders for Pickup = 24 hours in advance

• Same day orders - may not be able to be fulfilled, based on what we have in stock. 

• Pick up time -  As long as you are ordering in advance, your order will be ready when we OPEN on your chosen date of pick up. 

• Limited customization - We can write a frosting message, add glitter and/or sprinkles, but that is the extent of customization on our standard store offerings.  We do not write on pies, cupcakes, or cookies.

• Don't see what you are looking for?   - It's possible that item is sold out or low in stock, and that is when we remove it from the online menu.  Please call the store for more information - 901-682-4545; 1 - East Memphis, 2 - Collierville, 3 - Lakeland (Leave a message if we do not answer)

• Serving at Room Temperature - We keep cakes refrigerated until you come to pick them up, but we recommend that they are served at room temperature

• Max number of items for an online order = 48

• Single serve items only - are available on DoorDash - cupcakes, cookies, single boxed desserts/brownies, mini pies, and mini cheesecakes - no whole desserts are offered at this time.

• Single serve items - are not customizable - they come “as is”.

• Some products contain nuts and/or peanut butter.  

• Ordering - available during hours of operation.  Ordering closes 50 minutes before closing time (6:10p Mon-Sat; 3:10p Sun).

• Reward points - not available for DoorDash Orders.

• No in-store discounts are available for DoorDash orders.

• Standard cupcakes will come in sets of 4, 6, 9, or 12.  This is for plastic packaging for stability in transportation. When choosing 4 or 9, you will see empty slots, as shown in the photo on DoorDash.

• Don’t see a flavor available? It may be sold out at that time.

• DoorDash deliveries - may be temporarily disabled around busy holidays.
