Our desserts are very fragile at room temperature. They must be shipped frozen and arrive at our customers still frozen. To accomplish this we use separate, insulated packaging and dry ice for each dessert, together with expedited 2-day shipping. This specialized handling is reflected in the shipping cost. We make no profit on shipping.
